Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager/Administrator with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and smooth operation of our organization's computer networks. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. While technical expertise is crucial, we also value candidates with a business administration background (BBA/BBM) who can understand the broader business impact of network operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network problems to ensure optimal connectivity and uptime.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Manage IP addresses, domain names, and network protocols.
