Opening for Network Manager / Administrator | Corporate (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Network Manager / Administrator with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (BBA/BBM) to join our corporate IT team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining complex network infrastructures within the gaming industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our network systems, supporting our dynamic gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and efficiency.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including intrusion detection/prevention systems and access controls.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other systems.
• Manage network-related projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for network management.
