We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor / Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for overseeing night operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of auditing principles and hotel management, coupled with an M.Sc degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing room revenues, occupancy, and other departmental charges.
- Verify and reconcile all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests during night hours, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the audit process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train junior night audit staff as needed.
