Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Operations Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will support and optimize our beverage production and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement.
Support the implementation of operational strategies and projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, supply chain, quality control) to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor inventory levels and contribute to demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management.
