Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Optometrist with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals who have completed their graduation and possess practical experience, without the necessity of post-graduation qualifications. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to our clients, ensuring accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and binocular vision assessments.
- Diagnose and manage common eye conditions such as refractive errors, dry eyes, and conjunctivitis.
- Prescribe and fit spectacles, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
- Educate patients on eye health, hygiene, and the proper use of corrective lenses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all findings and treatments.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and eye care.
- Manage inventory of optical products and ensure quality control.
