Role Summary:
TMC Events is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pattern Master with 0-2 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our growing team in Guwahati. The Pattern Master will be responsible for managing and tracking event resources, materials, and budgets to ensure smooth operational execution. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and meticulous record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and management of detailed event production schedules and timelines.
- Track and manage inventory of event materials, props, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Assist in budget preparation, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices for various event components.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, usage, and return.
- Support the event production team in logistical planning and on-site execution.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and report them to the management.
- Ensure all event-related documentation is organized and accessible.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
