We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role is crucial for supporting our growing workforce in the medical devices sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
- Manage employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll, such as PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Liaise with HR for employee data reconciliation and updates.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of payroll processes and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and tax regulations affecting payroll.
