Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pedicurist And Manicurist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Vadodara. This unique role involves applying advanced scientific principles and research methodologies to enhance the well-being and operational readiness of our security personnel, leveraging expertise in podiatry and dermatological care as it pertains to foot health and extremity care within a demanding occupational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human physiology, advanced therapeutic techniques, and the ability to conduct research to inform best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced pedicures and manicures, focusing on the health and structural integrity of the nails and skin.
Utilize a Doctorate/PhD level of understanding to diagnose and treat common and complex foot and hand conditions, including fungal infections, ingrown nails, calluses, and dermatological issues relevant to occupational stress.
Develop and implement research protocols to assess the impact of specific treatments and preventative measures on the performance and health of personnel in physically demanding roles.
Apply scientific knowledge to advise on appropriate footwear, orthotics, and therapeutic interventions to prevent injuries and enhance comfort for individuals on prolonged duty.
Maintain meticulous records of client treatments, diagnoses, and research findings.
Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and clinical research in podiatry, dermatology, and nail care.
Collaborate with occupational health specialists and security management to integrate foot and hand health strategies into overall personnel well-being programs.
Ensure all procedures adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional ethics.
