Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Testing Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kickstart their career in IT quality assurance within the food processing industry. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of performance tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing performance test scripts.
- Execute performance, load, stress, and soak tests on various applications.
- Monitor application performance during testing and identify bottlenecks.
- Analyze test results and generate performance test reports.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application architecture and identify performance issues.
- Document test cases, test procedures, and test results.
- Learn and utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Support in troubleshooting performance-related defects.
- Maintain an understanding of business processes within the food processing domain to better interpret performance needs.
