Opening for Personal Injury | Retail Operations

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual with a BCA degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will focus on managing and coordinating aspects related to personal injury claims and support within our retail operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of IT systems to ensure efficient processing and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the documentation and initial assessment of personal injury incidents reported within our retail stores.

Maintain accurate and organized digital records of all personal injury cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., store management, HR, legal) to gather necessary information for case processing.

Utilize IT systems and software to track case progress, generate reports, and identify trends.

Provide support in coordinating with external parties such as insurance adjusters or medical providers, as directed.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to injury management and reporting.

Ensure timely communication and updates to relevant stakeholders.
