We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Plant / Factory Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our growing team in Noida. This role is crucial for overseeing our operational processes and ensuring efficiency within our BFSI-related manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee inventory management, including raw material procurement, stock control, and finished goods dispatch.
• Implement and monitor cost-control measures to optimize resource utilization and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records related to production, expenses, and inventory, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
• Analyze production data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor plant staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
