Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Maintenance Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Des degree who is looking to kickstart their career in plant operations and maintenance within the manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing plant, focusing on preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the inspection and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Support the execution of preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Help in troubleshooting minor mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and inventory.
- Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any operational disruptions.
- Learn and apply best practices in plant maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
