We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented PMO Executive with 3-4 years of experience, ideally holding a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is crucial in supporting our Project Management Office functions within the Ports & Shipping sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and project coordination skills to ensure the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and legal compliance records.
• Support project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Review and analyze project-related legal documents and contracts to identify potential risks and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, legal departments, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on project status, risk assessments, and compliance matters for senior management.
• Maintain a centralized repository of project-related legal and administrative information.
• Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items related to project governance.
