Opening for Power Production Manager | Industrial Equipment

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Power Production Manager to oversee our power generation and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering and 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing power plant operations within the industrial equipment manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable power supply to our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of power generation units, including diesel generators and captive power plants.
- Monitor power output, fuel consumption, and equipment performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of power generation equipment.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables for power plant operations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.
- Analyze power consumption patterns and identify areas for energy conservation.
- Maintain accurate records of power generation, consumption, and maintenance activities.
