We are seeking a motivated Pre Silicon Test Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate looking to apply their analytical and business acumen in a corporate setting within the packaging industry. You will play a crucial part in the early stages of product development, ensuring the testability and quality of our innovative packaging solutions before they go into full production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand new product requirements and design specifications.
- Develop and document comprehensive test plans and test cases for pre-production validation.
- Analyze product requirements and translate them into testable scenarios, identifying potential risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Assist in defining test strategies and methodologies for new packaging materials and designs.
- Prepare reports on test progress, findings, and recommendations to management.
- Contribute to process improvements in product testing and validation.
