Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency within our facility management services. You will work closely with various departments to identify process bottlenecks, implement improvements, and drive a culture of continuous enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement across different facility management operations.
Support the development and implementation of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.
Document existing processes and propose streamlined workflows.
Participate in cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects.
Help train staff on new processes and best practices.
Contribute to the creation of performance metrics and dashboards.
