Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process / Operational Excellence professional with a background in Design (B.Des) to join our corporate team in Indore. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining our operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery. Your design thinking approach will be crucial in identifying innovative solutions and creating user-centric improvements within our intricate operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational processes across various departments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using design thinking methodologies.
- Develop and implement new process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are intuitive, user-friendly, and align with Zomato's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and customer support, to gather insights and drive process improvements.
- Utilize design tools and principles to visualize process maps, user journeys, and proposed solutions, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and execution of pilot programs for new operational initiatives.
- Create training materials and documentation for new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in operational excellence and service design.
