We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement / Purchase Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for our film production projects. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of procurement processes within the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand their material and service needs.
