Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Product Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a strong analytical aptitude to contribute to product development and improvement within the BPO/Call Centre industry. You will be instrumental in analyzing product performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product performance data, identify key metrics, and generate regular reports for management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and customer support, to ensure successful product implementation and iteration.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features.
- Monitor user feedback and identify areas for improvement in user experience and product functionality.
- Support the product team in all phases of the product lifecycle.
