We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to the efficient manufacturing of our industrial automation products. This role is suitable for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and post-graduation is not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Implement and oversee manufacturing procedures to meet production targets and quality specifications.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and supply chain.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing programs.
Maintain production records and documentation.
