We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environments to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong academic background, holding an M.Sc. degree, who is eager to contribute to the operational excellence of our manufacturing facilities within the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, R&D, and supply chain to achieve project objectives.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
Prepare project reports and documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
