Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations professional with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and chemical industry to join our corporate communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's public image, developing strategic communication plans, and fostering positive relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public. This role requires a unique blend of scientific understanding (M.Pharma) and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex information.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance Laurus Labs' brand reputation and visibility within the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company messaging, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge for technical content.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and relevant stakeholders across India.

Manage media inquiries, crises communications, and reputational risks effectively and efficiently.

Organize and execute corporate events, press conferences, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Legal) to ensure consistent and accurate communication of company initiatives and scientific advancements.

Support the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication strategies.
