Opening for QC / Lab Chemist | 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QC / Lab Chemist with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of our processes and outputs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory techniques, coupled with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, bringing a unique blend of analytical and technical skills to our IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and accuracy.
- Document all test results, observations, and deviations in laboratory notebooks and reports.
- Analyze data and interpret results to identify any quality issues or trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and laboratory procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control department.
- Utilize MCA-acquired skills for data analysis, report generation, and potentially developing quality assurance tools.
