Opening for Quality Auditor / Inspector (2-3 Yrs) | Design Cafe

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor / Inspector with 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of quality principles, ideally gained through an LLM (Master of Laws) degree or equivalent legal/compliance background. This role will be crucial in ensuring that our design and manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular quality audits of design plans, material procurement, manufacturing processes, and finished products.

- Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures relevant to the interior design and furniture manufacturing industry.

- Inspect incoming materials and outgoing finished goods to ensure they meet specified quality standards and contractual obligations.

- Identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards, documenting findings accurately.

- Liaise with design, production, and procurement teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, building codes, and company policies.

- Maintain detailed records of all quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes.
