Opening for Quality Head | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Head with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our automotive manufacturing processes, with a focus on product safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with relevant automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and pharmaceutical quality guidelines.

Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality consciousness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Engineering) to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.

Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in quality management within the automotive and pharmaceutical sectors.
