Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and legally-minded Quality Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB degree and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the emerging technologies sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and legal adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures in line with emerging technology trends and legal frameworks.
- Conduct thorough reviews of product documentation, technical specifications, and contractual agreements to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with legal, product development, and engineering teams to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, compliance status, and risk assessments for management review.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, IT Act) and intellectual property rights.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Stay abreast of evolving legal requirements and industry best practices in quality management and emerging technologies.
