We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Operations Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to gain practical experience in managing and optimizing refinery operations within the consumer electronics and appliances sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our refining processes, contributing to product quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management and supervision of refinery operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new operational strategies.
Maintain accurate operational records and generate regular reports.
