Role Summary: OPaL is seeking a diligent and organized Reporting / Corresponding professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for managing internal and external communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth information flow within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. This position does not require a postgraduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute various reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative reports.
Manage official correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, government bodies, and other external parties.
Maintain organized filing systems for all reports and correspondence, both physical and digital.
Assist in drafting official letters, memos, and presentations.
Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for reports and communications.
Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
Handle administrative tasks as required to support the reporting and correspondence functions.
