Opening for Research Scientist | Finarkeyt

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in quantitative research, data science, or a related field, looking to make a significant impact in the BFSI sector. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve complex financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead research initiatives to develop novel algorithms and methodologies for financial risk assessment, fraud detection, and predictive modeling.

Design, implement, and validate sophisticated statistical and machine learning models using Python, R, or similar languages.

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights relevant to the BFSI domain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and product managers, to translate research findings into practical applications and product features.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and quantitative finance, and explore their applicability to Finarkeyt's business.

Communicate complex technical concepts and research results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
