Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Risk Control professional with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our corporate team in Vadodara. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks within the organization, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and operational integrity of our design and printing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, including financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify potential control weaknesses and areas of concern.
- Design and test internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
