Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Risk Control professional to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and financial risks across our hotel and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and safeguarding company assets. This position is suitable for individuals with 3-5 years of experience and does not require a post-graduation degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits across hotel and restaurant outlets to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and control measures.
Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Investigate incidents and deviations from standard operating procedures, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to embed a strong risk management culture.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging risks in the hospitality sector.
