Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our brand presence within the corporate sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the consumer, retail, and hospitality landscape in India, coupled with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new corporate clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with our brand offerings in the F&B/QSR sector.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with corporate partners.
• Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and campaign execution.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Indian QSR and hospitality sector.
