Opening for Security Management | Corporate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Management professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate security team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing security policies, procedures, and systems to protect company assets, information, and personnel. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate security principles and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage and monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Oversee physical security measures for corporate offices and other company facilities.
- Investigate security incidents, breaches, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and other external agencies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and industry best practices.
- Train employees on security awareness and best practices.
- Manage security vendors and contractors.
