Opening for Security Management | NGO

Role Summary:
SEWA Bharat is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Management professional with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Vadodara. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and security of our organization's assets, personnel, and data, contributing to the smooth functioning of our social service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.

Monitor security systems and access controls, ensuring their effective operation.

Investigate security incidents and breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement when necessary.

Manage inventory of security equipment and supplies.

Provide security awareness training to staff.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.

Support the finance and administration departments in budget preparation related to security.
