Opening for SEM / PPC Specialist | Corporate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven SEM / PPC Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of paid search strategies and a keen eye for design and user experience, often honed through a Master of Design (M.Des) background. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive qualified traffic and generate leads for our clinical research services. Your M.Des perspective will be invaluable in crafting compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM/PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify new opportunities.
- Design and create engaging ad copy and visual creatives, leveraging design principles to maximize click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Build and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with design standards.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM, PPC, and digital advertising.
