We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Leader. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BCA graduate looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic printing and publishing sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, sales) to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, progress, and outcomes.
Support the senior management in implementing new service delivery strategies.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
