Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Engineer with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our engineering equipment and systems. You will work closely with experienced engineers to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports.
- Provide technical support to on-site personnel.
- Learn and apply new technologies and software relevant to the steel industry.
