Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor broadcast equipment and systems, reporting any technical issues or anomalies to the relevant department.
- Coordinate with various teams (e.g., content, technical, operations) to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Maintain accurate shift logs, documentation, and reports as required.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational tasks.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to efficiency gains.
