We are seeking a diligent and organized Shift Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to oversee daily operations within our Mangalore office. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and demonstrate strong leadership qualities. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-office and operational processes, supporting our investment banking and financial services activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improved efficiency.
- Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure accurate data entry and processing for all transactions and client-related activities.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues and facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain shift logs, reports, and documentation as required.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational processes and system upgrades.
- Handle escalated issues from the team and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
