We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to make a significant impact within the education sector. You will be responsible for supporting students, families, and the community by connecting them with resources and advocating for their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Develop and implement intervention plans to address identified needs.
Provide counseling and support services to students and their families.
Liaise with external agencies, community resources, and educational institutions to facilitate referrals and access to services.
Organize and facilitate workshops and awareness programs on relevant social issues.
Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation.
Advocate for students' rights and well-being within the educational system and community.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
