We are seeking a talented and motivated Solution Architect with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative solutions that address complex business challenges within the biotechnology sector. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of how technology can drive business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end technical solutions for biotechnology-focused projects, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and ensure successful implementation.

Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to meet project requirements, considering scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in biotechnology and software architecture.
