We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Tech/B.E. degree who is eager to contribute to employee well-being and foster a healthy lifestyle within our fast-paced FinTech startup environment. You will be responsible for organizing and leading various sports activities, promoting fitness, and building team spirit among our employees in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and conduct regular sports sessions and fitness activities for employees.
Develop training plans and drills tailored to different fitness levels and interests.
Promote a culture of health, fitness, and sportsmanship within the company.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Plan and coordinate inter-departmental sports events and tournaments.
Provide basic first-aid and guidance in case of minor injuries.
Collaborate with HR and administration for event planning and resource management.
