Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Psychologist with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Kolkata. This role will focus on leveraging psychological principles to enhance the performance, well-being, and overall effectiveness of our corporate employees, aligning with the fast-paced and competitive financial services environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify psychological strengths and areas for development among employees.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mental resilience, stress management, and focus.
- Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on topics such as performance enhancement, leadership psychology, and team cohesion.
- Provide individual counseling and support to employees facing performance-related challenges or mental well-being concerns.
