Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime.

Implement and maintain network security measures as per company policies.

Support the IT team in managing and upgrading network infrastructure.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address network requirements.
