Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated System Analyst with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems to support our pulp and paper operations. This position requires a strong understanding of system development lifecycle, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement new IT systems and enhancements to existing ones.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document system designs, processes, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business processes.
