We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our IT team as a Team Lead / Network Manager. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to kickstart their career in network management and team leadership within the fast-paced consumer electronics industry. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure and collaborating with senior IT personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal system uptime.
Support the implementation of network security measures and policies.
Collaborate with senior network engineers on network design and upgrades.
Provide first-level technical support for network-related incidents.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Learn and apply best practices in network management and IT governance.
