Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Content Developer with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in technical communication within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and engaging technical documentation that supports our product development and customer outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write technical content such as user manuals, installation guides, product specifications, and training materials.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for various audiences.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all technical documentation.
- Assist in updating and revising existing documentation based on product changes and feedback.
- Conduct research on industry best practices for technical writing and content development.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral that requires technical input.
