Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and user experience designs.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for internal and external facing logistics platforms and applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Champion design thinking principles and best practices throughout the organization.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
- Oversee the technical implementation of design specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and design trends in the logistics and tech industry.
