This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our sports management platform.
Mentor and guide a team of junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Architect scalable and efficient software systems, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
