Role Summary:
As a Technical Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our hardware and networking products. You will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through your LLM studies, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding hardware and networking issues through voice and blended channels.
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using available tools and resources.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Continuously update knowledge base with troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
